DMWA has established standard procedures and rates for new customers wishing to connect to the service. Please use the links below to view or download procedures and application form.

- Penalties for LATE PAYMENTS:
- DMWA assesses a penalty for late payment of bills.
- Payment must arrive at DNB First timely.
- We allow one day grace due to the bank changing their date stamp after 2PM.
- For example, a due date of 04/02/09 means your payment must be stamped no later than 04/03/09. Anything after that date will have a penalty assessed.
DMWA Payment Information:
Payments to DMWA must be accompanied by the receipt provided. The receipt contains a code necessary for processing your payment. The code is located just above the AMOUNT REMITTED line on your receipt.
Payments must be made to DNB 1st. Use the envelope provided or take it, along with payment, to the Main Branch on Brandywine Avenue.
Payment will no longer be accepted in the office drop box without the receipt.

Our normal business hours are 7AM to 3PM, Monday through Friday.
The emergency phone is available 24 hours a day, for water emergencies only.
Do not call the emergency phone if your water has been turned off for non-payment. You will have to wait until the office is opened to have your service turned back on.
